Passive income strategies that fit a physician's schedule, risk tolerance, and income level — from a doctor who's actually doing it.

After a decade of medical training, many physicians enter practice with significant debt, a compressed earning window, and zero financial education. We're high-income but not high-wealth. One disability, one burnout, one lawsuit — and the income stops.
This site exists to share what I've learned building income streams that don't require me to see another patient. I'm not selling a course. I'm not a financial advisor. I'm just a physician who started paying attention to the math.

I'm a practicing physician in the United States. I won't share my specialty, location, or name — not because I'm embarrassed about what I do here, but because medicine is a small world and I'd prefer my financial activities stay separate from my clinical identity.
What I will tell you: I started this site because I got tired of watching colleagues work 60+ hours a week with nothing to show for it except a high W-2 and a high mortgage. I've made mistakes — over-leveraging real estate, jumping into investments without due diligence, ignoring tax optimization for years. I write about those too.
Nothing here is financial advice. I'm not your advisor and you should verify everything with a fee-only fiduciary CFP. But I will tell you what I've done, what's worked, and what hasn't — with enough specificity to actually be useful.
Important: I am not a financial advisor. This site is for educational and informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions. Past results do not guarantee future performance.
